Hi, my name is Shane Welldon and this site exists to share some solutions I’ve discovered to some not-so-common technology-related issues.

From time to time I will also be posting about some handy little applications I’ve come across that may not be so well known as well.

I don’t claim to be an expert or to have discovered all of the solutions published on this site and will always give credit to the original author where possible. My intentions are just to collect them together in one place so others may find them easier.

Background

I have been working as a Computer Technician part-time for around the last 7 years. I started off building computers and have progressed to now doing most of the store’s on-site servicing at many local businesses. When not working I study Computer Science at the University of New England externally, and in my spare time do some freelance Web Design.
